The point of “The Marvelous Masquerade” is not to hide form Fate, but to release your inhibitions. When one drops the pretenses forced upon them by the pressures of everyday life, we are finally able to be who we truly are. With this design of the classic Tarot Deck, we see the Characters in both the Major and Minor Arcana depicted in all the same masks; all to drive the point home. We are what Fate made us to be, and the masks we may wear so we don’t forget who we are.
